Perfect for early to mid -Victorian fashions, and maximum Southern Belle Gone with the Wind Scarlet O’Hara. It has 4 bones, hoops or rings. The hoops are sturdy and flexible plastic coated steel rods. They are also adjustable -they can be pushed in if you need to, to fit your gown. Measurements below are taken at the widest circle.
